Karen Marshall

Board Chair

A science educator, co-founder of Feed the Second Line, and CEO of Innovative STEM Solutions, with over 19 years of experience transforming how young people engage with science and the environment. A visionary leader rooted in purpose, she champions youth, culture, and climate justice across New Orleans.

Dow Edwards

Board Officer

A New Orleans native, attorney, and Big Chief of the Timbuktu Warriors Indian Tribe. He leads with strength and purpose, honoring cultural legacy while uplifting his community through law and tradition.

Alphonse Robair

Board Vice President

Big Chief Alphonse "Dowee" Robair leads the 9th Ward Black Hatchet and has been a Masking Indian for over 25 years. A New Orleans native, his leadership and cultural wisdom are rooted in deep tradition.

Calvin Simmons

Board President

A New Orleans native and marketing professional with a career spanning product management, strategy, operations, and brand development. He applies his expertise to support cultural initiatives and strengthen outreach efforts across the city.

Sarah Hunko

Board Officer

A dedicated educator and strategist with over a decade of experience supporting youth, nonprofits, and community growth. As Director of YEP Educates, her work centers equity, leadership development, and transformative learning.

Sean Williams

Board Treasuer

A New Orleans native with a long-standing commitment to public service and community safety. His work centers on protecting the city’s neighborhoods and supporting its cultural traditions with consistency and care.

Earl Randall, III

Board Officer

Housing and community development leader with more than 25 years of federal service advancing housing, economic development, and disaster recovery initiatives. He currently serves as Director of Community Relations and Client Affairs for the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO).

My commitment to the culture goes beyond the suit — it’s in everything I do. Serving on the board of Feed the Second Line is a way for me to keep giving back. I’m proud to support Tee’s leadership and be part of the work to protect our culture today and carry it forward for tomorrow.”
